A very nice cafe with a classy, country style. Order your food, pick a table upstairs or downstairs and wait until a buzzer they provide vibrates. Then you get your food and take it to your table. They serve coffee, pastries, and real meal foods such as soups and sandwiches. Delicious!
Gorgeous layout, and the kitchen looks like a dream. Staff seem friendly. Ordered a latte, took a little bit as it was busy and staff is new, altogether the cafe is trying to settle on its feet, which is expected. The latte though could not be defined as a latte, closer to a cappuccino...if that. But practice should take care of that. May want to adjust the espresso machine or change timing for the pull too. Seems a bit over-extracted. I do expect this to be a great community hub.
A much needed addition to lampeter. The building has a lot of the original character without compromise in quality. The atmosphere feels homey and comfortable, it's a great place to study or have a meeting. The staff is friendly and was more than willing to clean up after my messy toddlers.
Only had a coffee here, but it was good coffee. Very nice new place. Different than the downtown Lancaster coffee shops. More traditional design instead of the hip more modern cafes downtown. But it's nice to see something different. Also the south side of Lancaster/Willow Street/Lampeter was in need of a good cafe/coffee shop. The food looked good too, but didn't get a chance to try that. I was able to find a quiet spot upstairs to do my work using the free wifi. I'll most likely be back.
Good food and service. Hope for a larger menu in the future. Nice and close to home with no city or rt 30 traffic. Hope it continues to do well. We will be back.
